Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kigali-Volcanoes National Park

Have breakfast, after embark the safari van and transfer to Ruhengeri with the visit to the genocide memorials, with lunch en-route and then transfer to the Ruhengeri with the evening visit to the amazing twin Lakes (Burera and Ruhondo).

Then dinner and overnight at Mountain gorilla view lodge/Virunga lodge/Laplame Hotel/Kinigi guest house. Meal plan: F/B

Day 2: Rwanda Gorillas-transfer to Kisoro/Lake Mutanda

Enjoy early morning breakfast and thereafter meet with our guide and then transfer to Volcanoes National Park and by 8:00 am you will be at the park head offices for briefing about the mountain gorillas and the forest as well,

Thereafter enter into the forest to search the mountain gorillas and this experience takes like 2 hours walking to reach the territory where the mountain gorillas are resting, then 1 hour with the gorillas taking photos and videos.

Then after transfer to the Uganda side via Chanika border and have your dinner and overnight at the Lake Mutanda Resort/Chameleon Lodge, Meal plan: F/B

Day 3: Bwindi- Queen Elizabeth safari

After Early morning Breakfast, you will embark into the 3 Hours journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park , Lunch will be en route and later enjoy the evening game drive in the ishasha Sector to search for the tree climbing lions in the wild.

Thereafter transfer to the Mweya peninsula for your dinner and overnight at Mweya lodge/Jacana lodge/Katara lodge/Enganzi lodge/Bush lodge. Meal plan: F/B

Day 4: Game drive & Boat Cruise

Wake very early in the morning and go for the morning game drive looking for the African wildlife species like the lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, warthogs, water and bush buck and much more, return to the lodge for breakfast, and later enjoy the lunch.

After take boat cruise along the Kazinga channel that connects Lake George to Lake Edward, and over this cruise expect to spot the wildlife and birds at the banks of the channel. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: Full Board

Day 5: Transfer Kibale Forest

After Morning breakfast, drive to kibale Forest national Park which is well known for Chimpanzee tracking in Uganda and Ranked as the top destination for chimpanzee habituation, you will pass through the crater Lakes & arrive at the hotel in the later evening .

Dinner and overnight at Kibale Forest camp/ Kibale Safari Lodge/ Chimpanzee Guest house.  Meal plan: F/B

Day 6: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi walk

Have breakfast, after transfer to the forest searching for the chimpanzee in the forest and on this walk expect to spot other primates like the white and black Columbus, Vervet monkey, manageably.

Return to lodge for lunch, after in the evening go for the Bigodi walk and on this walk with chance expect to spot the rare shoe bill and other primates. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, meal plan: F/B

Day 7 : Transfer to Kampala /Kigali

Depending on the clients interest, you will embarked into the safari jeep and drive to kampala/ kigali with lunch en route.
